Rice Krispies Crispy Fudge

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Chocolate Chips – Bakers
-Semi-Sweet; 500g
1/2 c Margarine
1/2 c Corn Syrup; 125g
2 ts Vanilla; 10ml
1 c Sugar, Confectioner’s; 250g
4 c Crispy Rice Cereal; 1000ml

Melt together choc. chips, butter and corn syrup over low heat. Remove from
heat add vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until smooth. Add cereal and mix
thoroughly. Spread into lightly greased 9×13 pan chill until set. Cut into
squares.
