2 sm Pears; cored & chopped
1 1/2 tb Flour; all-purpose
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Lemon peel; grated
1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Corn syrup
4 Prepared graham cracker tart

1. In medium glass bowl, combine pears, flour, cinnamon, lemon peel,
juice and corn syrup. Cover with wax paper and microwave on High 6
minutes, stirring twice Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Divide pear filling evenly among tartlet shells. Garnish with
topping, if using.
