1 c Butter — whipped 1 c Sour Cream
1 c Honey — strained 1 ts Baking Soda
2 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sugar 1 Egg
Mix well all ingredients and bake in greased and floured muffin pans.
Bake @ 375 F for 10-12 mins.
