Apple Nut Quick Bread

Ingrients & Directions


4 c Flour
2 ts Baking Soda
1 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar
4 x Eggs, Beaten
1 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Sour Cream
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Chopped Apples
1 c Chopped Nuts

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Sift together flour, baking soda,
cinnamon and salt. Set aside. Combine sugar, eggs, oil, sour cream
and vanilla; beat well. Blend into flour mixture. Fold in apples and
nuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 1 hour or
until loaves test done.
