300 g Ripe bananas; mashed with 1

180 g Sugar
180 g Plain flour
2 Eggs
50 g Milk
50 g Nut oil
10 g Baking powder
100 g Grated pecan nuts
100 g Grated bitter chocolate
Combine bananas, sugar and flour.
Add eggs, milk, oil and baking powder.
Continue mixing for two minutes.
Add nuts and chocolate.
Pour into greased bread tin and bake for 45-50 minutes at 180C.
Leftover potential: Keeps for two or three days in the refrigerator.
