Banana Oat Bread

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Boiling water
1 c Oats; old fashioned rolled
1/4 c Water
1 c Bananas; mashed
2 tb Oil
4 tb Brown sugar
2 c Bread flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Salt
1 tb Yeast

Stir the oats into the boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes. Place in
bread pan and add remaining ingredints. Bake on basic setting. 122
calories and 2 grams fat. Dr Cookie Cookbook
