1 ts Active Dry Yeast 1 1/2 ts Active Dry Yeast
2 c Bread Flour 3 c Bread Flour
1 ts Salt 1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar 1 1/2 tb Sugar
3/4 c Water — + 1 Tbs 1 1/4 c Water
Mix all ingredients in the order suggested by your ABM manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to manufacturer’s
directions. Let loaf cool for 15 mins before slicing.
