500 g Minced beef.
1 Egg
1 Egg yolk.
3 tb Breadcrumbs.
2 tb Groundnut oil.
1 tb Chopped parsley.
Salt
1 Put the meat in a bowl, add the whole egg and the parsley. Mix
together well and make into croquettes like hamburgers, using your
hands.
2 Put the egg yolk in a dish and the breadcrumbs in another. Beat the
egg yolk. Season each croquette with salt, and dip them first in the
beaten egg yolk, then in the breadcrumbs.
3 Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes until golden on
both sides.
