1/4 c Plus
2 tb Seasoned breadcrumbs
2 tb Lowfat milk
1 lg Egg, lightly beaten
4 Pork rib chops, bone in
1/4 c Virgin olive oil
Season breadcrumbs with salt and pepper to taste on a sheet of wax paper.
Combine milk and egg in a shallow bowl and mix thoroughly. Dip pork chops
in milk mixture and dredge in breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly. Heat oil in a
heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute pork chops 5 minutes
or until browned. Turn and saute another 5-6 minutes or until pork is
cooked throughout.
