1 c Butter
1 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 16oz can creamed corn
1/2 c Grated jack cheese
1/2 c Grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c Flour
1 c Yellow cornmeal
4 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Stir in the
creamed corn and cheeses. Sift the dry ingredients together and stir
in. Pour into greased 9×13 inch pan. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or
until top is lightly browned. Cut into squares and serve warm.
