2 Eggs; beaten
1 c Corn meal
2 ts Baking soda
1 cn Cream style corn
1 c Milk
3 tb Oil
1 lb Ground beef
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1 ts Chili powder
2 c Grated cheese
1/4 c Green peppers
Combine first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Brown ground beef, drain off fat.
Add onions, green peppers and chili powder. Pour half the corn bread
mixture in a greased 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with ground beef mixture
and a layer of cheese. Pour the rest of the corn bread mixture over the
top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
