-FOR 1.5 POUND LOAF-
1 1/4 c Beer or cider
1 tb Honey
1 ts Salt
1 tb Oil; preferrably sesame oil
3/4 c Medium rye flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
2 c White flour
1 tb Gluten; (optional)
2 ts Yeast
Place ingredients in pan in order recommended by manufacturer and bake on
white or normal cycle.
