1 c Yellow cornmeal
1 c Enriched, all-purpose flour
3 tb Sugar
1 tb Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Oil
1 c Skim milk
Egg substitute equivalent
-to 2 eggs
1. Preheat oven to 425?F. 2. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Stir in
oil, milk, and egg substitute only until flour is moistened. Do not
overmix. 4. Pour into an oiled 8 x 8-inich pan. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
