1/2 tb Yeast 1 tb Sugar
2 1/2 c Flour, bread 1 Eggs
1 c Corn meal 7/8 c Water; warm
1/2 tb Salt 8 oz Cheez Whiz
Use Mild Mexican Cheez Whiz for tangy flavor. Cut Cheez Whiz into
chunks. Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into
bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 11 o’clock. Select “white
bread” and push Start.
Sylvia’s comments: very tangy corn-meal bread. The kids love it.
