-1 1/2 POUND LOAF-
1 1/8 c Buttermilk; or 4T dry 1 tb Butter; or margerine
-buttermilk powder and 3 tb Honey
-1 1/8c water 1/4 ts Baking soda
3 c Bread flour 1 1/2 ts Red Star yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt
Place all ingredients into bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and
press start.
After baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack,
and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
