1 1/2 LB LOAF
1 1/4 c Water; Plus
1 tb Water
3/4 tb Butter
3/4 tb Olive Oil
3 1/3 c Bread Flour
1 tb Sugar
1 1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Bread Machine Yeast
It is chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside and makes the BEST
tomato sandwiches!
Make as directed by your machine directions. I use a French bread cycle and
a medium for color.
