Friendship Bread – Sour Dough

Ingrients & Directions


2/3 c OIL 2 ts BAKING SODA
2 c FLOUR 1/2 ts SALT
1 c SUGAR 1 ts CINNAMON
3 ea EGGS 1 ts VANILLA
1 ts BAKING POWDER 1 x CHOPPED NUTS OR FRUIT
1/8 ts BAKING POWDER

ADD ALL THE INGREDIENTS TO THE “FRIENDSHIP MIX”. STIR WELL AND POUR INTO
2 WELL GREASED AND FLOURED BREAD PANS. A BUNDT PAN CAN BE USED IF YOU WISH.
BAKE AT 325 DEG F FOR ABOUT ONE HOUR. COOL IN PANS FOR TEN MINUTES. REMOVE
AND COOL COMPLETELY.
