1 c Margarine
1 1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 c Molasses
1 c Hot coffee
1 tb Baking soda
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ts Ground ginger
1 ts Ground cloves
1 ts Salt
5 1/2 c Flour
Cream margarine and sugar together until smooth, then add ingredients in
order. Chill thoroughly before rolling out; cut with cookie cutters
(gingerbread men preferred!). Bake at 375 for 12 minutes.
