Light Rye Bread

Ingrients & Directions


2 c Bread Flour
1 c Rye Flour
1 1/2 ts Dry Yeast
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 tb Sugar
2 ts Caraway seeds
1 1/2 tb Butter or margarine
1 1/8 c Water

This one came with my (Proctor-Silex) machine:

Place dry yeast in inner pot. Add all remaining dry ingredients, then pour
water carefully into inner pot. Use “WHOLE GRAIN” setting with crust color
indicator set as desired.
