2 1/4 ts Yeast 2 tb Nonfat dry milk powder
3 c Bread flour 1 tb Unsalted butter
1/2 c Rolled oats 1 c Water — plus 2 tbsp
1 1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Molasses
1 tb Dark brown sugar 1 ts Lemon juice
Use basic cycle. Do not use timer.
