Potato Bread #1

Ingrients & Directions


1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 tb Sugar
2 1/4 tb Corn oil
3/4 c Mashed potatoes
3/4 ts Salt
3/4 c Potato water (see
-instructions)

Save the measured amount of water from cooking the potatoes prior to
mashing. All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting. Add
the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select “White Bread”. Press
