Pumpkin Bread #08

Ingrients & Directions


3 1/2 c Flour
2 1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Nutmeg
2 c Pureed cooked pumpkin
1 c Corn oil
2/3 c Water
4 Eggs
1 c Nuts (optional)

Grease & Flour 2 loaf pans. Stir together in large bowl flour, sugar,
baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Set aside. In second bowl mix
together pumpkin, oil & water. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after
each egg. Blend together dry & wet ingredients. Pour in pans. Bake at 350
for 1 hour. Check with toothpick.
