1 3/4 c White bread flour
2 c Whole wheat flour
2 tb Dry milk powder
2 ts Salt
2 tb Butter
2 tb Molasses
1 7/16 c Water (that’s 1 1/2 cups;
-minus 1 tablespoon)

Place all dryingredients, except yeast, into bread basket. Add all liquid
ingredients to basket. Place yeast in yeast dispenser. Set machine for
wheat bread, sandwich mode. This will take 5 hours.
