1 c Water
1 lg Egg
1 ts Lecithin; liquid or granules
2 ts Lemon juice
3 c Unbleached flour
2 tb Vital wheat gluten
2 ts Whey
2 tb Lemon peel; grated
1 ts Sugar
4 tb Nonfat dry milk
1 tb Butter
2 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Add ingredients in order given.
If your bread machine specifies dry ingredients first, reverse order. Set
on basic setting, light crust. Do NOT use programmable timer as bread
contains perishable ingredients.
