2 c Self-rising flour
2 c Sugar
1 c Salad oil
3 Eggs
1 ts Cinnamon
1 -(up to)
1 1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1 Jar baby food plums;
-junior-size
Place dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add oil, eggs & plums,
stirring well. Add nuts. Mix well, but do not beat. Bake in greased bundt
pan in a non-preheated oven at 325 for 1 hour.
