2 c Sugar
1 tb Vanilla sugar
1 c Orange juice
1 c Oil
3 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until light and lemon colored. Add juice,
and oil, and then the dry ingredients one tablespoon at a time. Beat well.
Variations:
NUT CAKE: add wine instead of the juice, add one half cup chopped nuts and
100 grams of grated bittersweet chocolate
MARBLE CAKE: Add 2 Tbspn cocoa to 1/3 of the batter
SPICE CAKE: add 2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp, ginger and 1/2 tsp nutmeg
CHOCOLATE CAKE: add 1/2 cup cocoa and you can switch thejuice with milk.
ORANGE CAKE: add the grated peel of one orange. Optionally, add raisins.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
