1 cn Cherry pie filling; (21oz)
2 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Water
1/4 c Cooking oil
1/4 c Vinegar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
Spread cherry pie filling evenly over bottom of greased 13x9x2 inch pan. In
large bowl, stir flour with sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt. In another bowl,
combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla. Add liquid to dry mixture, all at
once. Stir, just to moisten. Pour batter evenly in pan over cherry filling.
Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in
pan; invert onto plate and cool.
