2 pk Cream cheese; 8 oz, softened 3/4 c Chocolate chips, mini;
1/2 c Sugar -divided
1/2 ts Vanilla 1 Graham cracker crust
2 Eggs
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with mixer until
well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir in 1/2 cup of the
chips. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup chips. Bake
at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with additional chips,
fresh fruit and cool whip, if desired.
