1 pk Chocolate cake mix 1 1/3 c Water
1/2 c Cocoa 1 c Mayonaise
3 Eggs
Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 (9″) layer pans. Line bottom of
pans with wax paper . Stir cake mix and cocoa in large mixing bowl;
add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer on low speed 30
seconds, scraping bowl often. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Pour
into prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove
from pans. Immediately remove wax paper. Cool completely on wire
racks. Fill and frost as desired.
