2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
2 c Sugar
1 c Butter or margarine
1 c Cola
3 tb Cocoa
1/2 c Buttermilk
2 Eggs; beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Miniature marshmallows
-ICING-
1/2 c Butter or margarine
3 tb Cocoa
6 tb Cola
1 lb Powdered sugar
1 c Pecans; chopped
Mix flour, soda & sugar together in large bowl. In a saucepan, bring to a
boil the butter, cola & cocoa. Pour over flour mixture. Add buttermilk,
eggs, vanilla & marshmallows. Mix well & bake in a 9×13-inch pan at 350
until done. While cake is baking, prepare icing: Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add cocoa & cola. Bring to a boil & pour over powdered sugar. Add chopped
pecans. Spread over cake as soon as it comes from the oven.
