1 15-oz. pkg sugar cookie mix
1 tb Water
1 pk Cran*Fruit cranberry orange

2 3-oz. pkgs cream cheese;
-softened
1/4 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 tb Vanilla extract
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350F.
In medium bowl, combine cookie mix (with shortening pouch if included) and
water; stir to form coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping; press
remaining mixture evenly into a lightly greased 9″-square pan. Bake 12 –
15 minutes until lightly browned. Cool slightly. Drain Cran*Fruit and
spread evenly over crust. In a small bowl, mix together remaining
ingredients; beat until creamy and pour evenly over cranberry layer.
Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture; return to oven and bake 30 minutes.
Cool completely, cut into squares, refrigerate, and serve cold.
