EVENING SHADE
30 Oreo cookies
8 oz Cream cheese
1 c Powdered sugar
1 Stick butter
1 pk Small inst. vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c Milk
12 oz Cool whip
Crush cookies in food processor or blender, fine (will resemble top soil).
Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar; set aside. Beat pudding, milk; stir in
cheese mixture; fold in cool whip. In a flower pot, layer cookies with
mixture, ending with cookies on top. Chill and serve with artificial flower
in pot. It’s definitely a conversation piece! From the cookbook collection
