Fluffy Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 ts Oil
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1 1/2 c Flour; any kind (I use a
-mixture of unbleached;
-whole wheat; and about 1/4
-cup oat bran)
4 ts Baking powder

Whip the egg and oil together until foamy, then add remaining ingredients.
Batter will be thick. Stir just until mixed, some lumps are ok. Makes
about a dozen medium size pancakes.
