1 sm Baked angel food cake
3 tb Orange juice or sherry
1 c Whipping cream
1/4 c Icing sugar
2 tb Unsweetened cocoa powder
GARNISH
Toasted sliced almonds
Fresh orange slices
With skewer, pole holes in cake. Sprinkle cake with orange juice; set
aside. Pour cream into mixing bowl. Sift together sugar and cocoa; blend
into cream. Beat until spreading consistency. Spread over top and sides
of cake. Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with almonds and orange
slices (if using). Yield: 1 cake
