Kohl’s Lemon Pudding Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 Yellow cake mix
1 pk Lemon pudding; 3-oz size
4 Eggs
3/4 c Water
1/2 c Oil
2 c Powdered sugar
1/3 c Lemon juice

Cake:
Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, and oil.
Bake in an oblong cake pan at 350 degrees 45 minutes.

Glaze:
Mix together powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Poke holes in the HOT cake with a fork.
Pour glaze over the top of the cake – letting it run into the holes.
