Ingrients & Directions
8 ea Egg yolks 1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar 1 c Raisins
1 Wine glass of wine 1 c Nuts
1 ts Vanilla
Beat yolks fo eggs with sugar and butter. Cool in double boiler
until thick. Add raisins, nuts, wine and vanilla.
Usually used as filling with at least 2 regular cake layers cut in
half.
