Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingrients & Directions


1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple
-with juice
2 c Flour
1 c Chopped walnuts
2 ts Baking soda
1 1/2 c Sugar
2 Eggs

~ tastes alot like honey cake- very simple

mix everything together in a bowl- you do not need a mixer – pour into 9xl3
pan- greased at 350 for 45 minutes—–Enjoy!!!
