2 lb Lean ground beef
1/2 c Tomato juice
1 Egg, raw
3/4 c Crushed melba
1 pk Herb-Ox Onion Soup
1/2 c Ketchup
3 tb Warm water
Mix all ingredients together, place into a ring-type baking mold. Bake 60
minutes in a 325 oven. (Hard cooked Eggs can be placed between raw meat
before cooking, Add 75 calories fore each hard cooked egg used.)
Yields: 4 servings – 250 calories per.
