5 Eggs (separated)
2 c Flour
1 1/4 c Sugar
3 tb Honey
3/4 c Strong coffee (use 2 tsp
-coffee to 3/4 cup water)
1/2 c Oil
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Each: cinnamon, nutmeg and
-lemon juice.
Beat the whites until stiff.
Beat yolks together with sugar. Add oil, liquid and honey. Add dry
ingredients.
Fold whites together with batter.
Bake in a 26 cm round pan for 3/4 hrs.
