Ingrients & Directions
3/4 c Hot milk
1/2 c Matza meal
3 Eggs
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
Oil – for frying
The recipe is from “The Passover Gourmet”, Edited by Nira Rouso.
Heat the milk and pour on matza meal. Let it sit for 10 min. Add the eggs
to mixture along with the salt and sugar.
Fry in oil.
This can be served with a puree of strawberries and sugar. We like to eat
this with cheese.
