Pat’s Favorite Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


1 c Whole-grain wheat flour
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1 1/4 c Soy milk
1 1/4 c Applesauce, unsweetened
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 ts Egg Beaters 99% egg
Substitute
Mixed with and beaten with
2 tb Water

Mix dry ingredients together (except the egg replacer). Mix wet ingredients
together. Combine and beat until well blended. Pour batter onto hot
non-stick griddle. When bubbles form on top and edges are beginning to dry
out, turn to bake other side.

HELPFUL HINTS: These pancakes are wonderful with a little applesauce spread
over them and sprinkled with cinnamon.
