Pizza Rice Cakes

Ingrients & Directions


4 Rice cakes 1/4 c Diced green pepper
1/3 c Pizza sauce 1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
1/4 c Sliced ripe olives 1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese

Place rice cakes on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on rice
cake; top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees 10
minutes. Serve immediately.
