2 Jars baby food plums
2 c Sugar
2 c Self-rising flour
1 c Oil
1 c Chopped pecans
1 ts Cinnamon
3 Eggs
-GLAZE-
1 c (heaping) confectioner’s
-sugar
4 tb Lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together well; pour into a well greased tube pan. Bake
at 325 degrees from 60 to 90 minutes. Cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove
from pan; drizzle glaze on cake.
To make glaze; Combine the ingredients.
