Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Frosting (for Vegetable Cakes)

INGREDIENTS 1/2 c Powdered sugar
12 oz Lo-Fat cream cheese, 1 1/2 ts Pure vanilla extract
-softened

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla; beat with
an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
