Sausage Cake Faces

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 pk Wall’s cold cooked sausages
-thinly
; sliced.
6 Eggs; well beaten
2 250 g cans sweetcorn
Salt and Pepper
4 tb Butter or margarine; melted
Hula Hoops
Vegetables to taste

Pre-heat oven on moderate setting

Butter 8 individual baking tray tins, slice the sausage and arrange over
base

Combine all ingredients, keeping back sufficient sausage and sweetcorn to
make eyes and nose later. Pour mixture over sausages

Transfers to baking tins and bake in centre oven for 30-40 minutes or until
mixture is firm

Mark in faces using two slices of sausage as eyes, assorted vegetables for
nose and mouth and hula hoops for body

Serve hot

Cooks Tips Mango chutney gives this dish a sweet flavour. However use any
chutney of your choice if you prefer.
