1 c All-purpose flour 1 Beaten egg
2 tb Sugar 1 c Starter
1 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 c Milk
1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Cooking oil
1/2 ts Baking soda
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
Combien egg, the 1 cup starter, milk, and oil; stir into flour
mixture till combined. Using 2 tablespoonfuls batter for each
pancake, bake on hit, lightly greased griddle till golden brown; turn
once.
