3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Oil
2/3 c Matzoth Cake Meal, Sifted
1/2 c Potato Starch
5 Apples, Sliced Thin
Sugar And Cinnamon
Beat eggs well. Add sugar and oil. Add sifted cake meal and potato
starch. Lightly oil 8″ square baking pan. Place apples which have
been sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon in the bottom of the pan. Pour
the batter over the apples. Bake at 325F for about an hour.
