3 c Flour 2 tb Vinegar
2 c Sugar 2/3 c Vegetable oil
2 ts Baking soda 1 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt 2 c Water
6 tb Cocoa
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and coca. Add the
liquid and mix well. Pour into an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan.
Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tester
inserted in middle comes out clean. When cake has cooled, sprinkle
with confectioners sugar.
