Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingrients & Directions


3/4 c Whole wheat flour 2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c All purpose flour 1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Wheat germ 1 1/2 c Milk
2 ts Baking powder 1 Banana, chopped
1/2 ts Salt

In a mixing bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, baking powder and salt.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Fold in the banana. Bake on a lightly
greased griddle until bubbles break on the surface, then turn. Bake
until done. Serve with your favorite butter and syrup. Randy Rigg
