Breakfast Cookies

Ingrients & Directions


1/2 c Shortening 1 1/4 c Flour
1 c Brown sugar 1/2 t Baking soda
2 Eggs 1/4 t Salt
1 T Milk 2 c Granola mix
1 t Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking sheets. Cream together
shortening and brown sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk and
vanilla. Beat well. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and
salt. Mix well and add to sugar mixture. Stir in granola mix. Drop
by tsp onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
